2024 CHCCS Teaching & Learning Conference

This educational program is specifically tailored to support all coaches employed within the district in gaining a comprehensive understanding of the requirements involved in leading sports programs and effectively engaging with students. Participants will delve into the pivotal role of the Athletic Director along with the associated duties as the overseer of all athletic initiatives within the school. Attendance is mandatory for athletic directors, principals, and coaching staff members, aimed at enhancing the dynamics among coaches, students, and families. The program places a strong emphasis on promoting fairness, student-focused methodologies, and acting with integrity while fulfilling coaching responsibilities. Ideal for Athletic Directors, Coaches of all sports, and Principals, with Assistant Principals encouraged to attend.
